Hey, welcome to the longer podcast. And what we're doing today is moving on from FMQ 517, how to be successful. And that was a muse, wasn't it? It was a seed, as it were, on thinking about not just having the positive mindset or the right mindset to achieve what you want. It was about the body set, whatever that is. That's what we're going to go. And how the mind and the body is totally connected. And when they're not connected, how things tend to go a little bit out of kilter. And where our goals or the things we want our desires, our dreams tend to well go off the mark, we aim at slightly the wrong place. And aiming off the wrong place means we go all over the place. And that gives us all sorts of things, you know, even limiting negative beliefs of, you know, upper failure, I shouldn't be here, I knew I couldn't do it. But the thing is, this is where we're going to change. So what are we going to do? I want you to think of goals, but goals are basically everything that you do. Everything you do in the day is a goal, isn't it? I'm going to go here, it's a goal of going there, I'm going to go on a walk, it's a goal. So don't think of goals as being massive things. It's just things that we aim to do. And it could be as simple as going to
