Gundy explains why he thinks college football needs a collective bargaining agreement. He also makes some recommendations for a commissioner of the sport.

He also offers a shocking — or maybe not-so-shocking — reason for Oklahoma State’s fall from 10 wins in 2023 to three wins in 2024. The Cowboys didn’t spend any money on transfer players before last season. Gundy said that has changed this season and Oklahoma State is operating more like the other teams in the Big 12.

It’s also a Dear Andy/Dear Ari day, and you’ve asked some excellent questions.

Which new starting QB are you most confident in?

Who are some sleeper Group of 5 playoff contenders?

Plus, The Random Ranking is in honor of Utah Spencer Fano’s rendition of Secondhand Serenade’s Fall For You at Big 12 media days. What are the five songs you’re most embarrassed to love?
