117 people remain unaccounted for in Surfside condo collapse

The death toll in the Florida condo collapse has risen to 28, with 117 others still unaccounted for. Structural engineer Allyn Kilsheimer was hired by the city of Surfside to investigate the cause of the collapse. He and Los Angeles-based structural engineer Kit Miyamoto talk to AC360 about the demolition of the Champlain Towers South building and the investigation.
