John Peckham's Historic GNAC Title & Personal Best

John Peckham, a senior distance runner from the University of Alaska Anchorage, made history by winning the Great Northwest Athletic Conference championship, marking the 14th title for his program. Despite a slower start to the season, Peckham peaked at the right time, setting a new personal best in the eight-K race with a time of 24:04. He now aims to set another personal best at the Western Regional course in Oregon, with confidence in his abilities and a realistic understanding of the competition. DNN | The Daily News Now!
