Anchorage Businesses Targeted in Early Morning Break-Ins | Anchorage News

Early Wednesday morning, a string of Anchorage businesses—including Main Event Grill, Eva’s CupCakery, and Xalos Mexican Grill—were hit in a targeted break-in spree. Surveillance footage captures the chaos, with sounds of destruction before alarms blared. Despite the shock, Eva Perry of Eva’s CupCakery vows to stay open and keep serving her community. Police are still searching for suspects and urge anyone with info to come forward. This attack underscores the vulnerability small businesses face—and the grit they show in bouncing back.
