Anchorage business files suit against governor candidate’s company and others, alleging negligence
Anchorage business owner Darien Carter of Second II None files a lawsuit against three businesses sharing the same building, including Republican gubernatorial candidate Bernadette Wilson's Denali Disposal, after a fire destroyed his auto repair shop. The lawsuit alleges negligence and seeks at least $100,000 in damages. The fire, which also involved Restaurants Northwest and Living Waters Plumbing and Mechanical, was exacerbated by a city water main break and a disabled sprinkler system. The cause of the fire remains unclear, and no court dates have been set. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network. Every city. Every story. AI powered. Hosted on Acast.
