Can You Really Trust Your Gut? One Doctor Says No, Unless You Do This First!
A doctor who studies gut feelings for a living wrote a fascinating article in the Washington Post this month. Instead, scientists say you should treat gut feelings as stop signs, a moment to assess what you’re feeling and why before making a rash decision. They even suggest doing two specific exercises to interrupt the hormonal surge that happens when a “gut feeling” takes over your body.
