The UN estimates that 110-million people are displaced worldwide, more than any other time since World War II. Hundreds of migrants are still missing after an overcrowded fishing vessel capsized off the Greek coast. The EU says it may be the worst tragedy the Mediterranean Sea has ever witnessed.
