DAMTT 05-22-25 Veggie Tales

DAMTT: Veggie Tales Co-hosts, Eric Reidar, and Stacy “I’m the other one” Heller kick off the show with a sponsorship pitch to Planters which ends in nutty controversy. After an update regarding his oatmeal consumption, Eric shares that his band, Battersea is finally selling merch which obviously segues into talk of Wimpy and other Popeye characters (did you know Bluto and Brutus are the same person?) and Robin Williams’ turn as the titular cartoon character. Dear Crabby tackles allowance which leads to some stark truths about parent’s “middle management” role versus CEO Santa. Stacy “listens” to the Netflix series The Residence en route to her lake house while Eric continues to let his Star Wars freak flag fly with Andor and Rogue One thoughts. This week’s Cultural Blindspot is unexpected, and the weekly topic is garden variety DAMTT. DAMTT on Facebook and Instagram @dontaskmetotalk.
