Ryan Bunting (trail name, Constantine) is a professional thru-hiker who has hiked over a dozen long-distance trails from start to finish, including the Pacific Crest Trail, the Appalachian Trail and the Continental Divide Trail… just to name a few. Ryan shares why he's made thru-hiking such a big part of his life and goes into great detail about the friendships formed within the thru-hiking community, how he's able to afford spending months away from home and the hardest moment he's overcome 'on trail.'
