NFL Free Agency Reactions: Major, Minor or Meh? | Adam’s +1 ft. Andrew Eck

On this episode of Adam’s +1, Adam is joined by Andrew Eck to react to the latest developments from NFL Free Agency 2026.

Andrew kicks things off with a quick PSA explaining how NFL contracts actually work, breaking down common misconceptions around cap hits, guarantees, and deal structures during the chaos of free agency.

Adam and Andrew then debut a new segment inspired by The Mismatch: “Major, Minor, or Meh.” The two evaluate several free agent signings and decide whether each move is a major addition, a minor improvement, or one that leaves them unimpressed.

Free agent signings discussed include:

• Kenneth Walker to the Kansas City Chiefs • Malik Willis to the Miami Dolphins • Trey Hendrickson to the Baltimore Ravens • Mike Evans to the San Francisco 49ers • Jaycee Horn to the Carolina Panthers • Alec Pierce to the Indianapolis Colts • Riq Woolen to the Philadelphia Eagles • Travis Etienne to the New Orleans Saints • Romeo Doubs to the New England Patriots • Devin Bush to the Chicago Bears

The conversation also touches on Kyler Murray potentially landing with the Minnesota Vikings, and which teams’ offseason strategies have been the most interesting so far, including the Los Angeles Chargers, New Orleans Saints, and Washington Commanders.
