“I’m Not Crazy, Everybody Else Is.” | Building Open Garage with Lev Galstyan

What’s going on big dawgs — this one’s a little different.

Recorded on the fly in Lev’s Jeep en route to pick up a Ferrari for content around the launch of Open Garage, this episode turns into a real-time conversation about entrepreneurship, momentum, and why anxiety and doubt hate a moving target.

I’m joined by Levon Galstyan — former Amazon product manager turned builder — who’s currently launching Patch, a pediatric therapy marketplace, and Open Garage, a platform connecting car enthusiasts through shared access and real-world experiences.

We dive into:

• Why taking action kills overthinking
• Building from first principles instead of following the default path
• The early-stage grind of launching something real
• Using momentum as your biggest advantage

This is raw, unplanned, and exactly what Adam’s +1 is about — conversations in motion, literally.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, this episode is your reminder: start moving.
