Episode 107 | Eck’s Best Bets

In Episode 107 of Adam’s +1, Adam and Drew are back breaking down another loaded week of NFL and college football action — and they’re kicking things off with some smoke from Denver. The guys open the show reflecting on the ongoing Russell Wilson–Sean Payton drama, what it says about the Broncos’ future, and whether Denver can sustain its recent momentum.

From there, Adam updates Drew’s betting record — now sitting at 13-9 overall (11-4 in college) — before diving into this week’s headline matchups. Drew spotlights Bucs @ Lions, breaking down Detroit’s surprisingly elite defense (2nd in DVOA) and what advanced stats like EPA and CPOE reveal about Baker Mayfield’s season. Adam counters with Giants @ Broncos, asking whether New York’s fight or Denver’s resilience is more sustainable — especially with a brutal stretch ahead for the Broncos.

Finally, Drew runs through his Week 8 Best Bets — from stinky underdogs like the Jets +6.5 at Cincinnati to bold favorites like the Broncos -3.5 vs Dallas. He also drops his college card, featuring sharp plays on Memphis, Auburn, LSU, and more.

🔥 NFL bets, sharp insights, advanced metrics, and just the right dose of banter — this is the best 45 minutes of football talk you’ll get all week.
