In this video, I discuss the case of Charles Foehner, a 67 year old man that was recently sent to prison from charges related to a 2023 shooting of a mugger that the Queens prosecutor acknowledges was 100% justified. However, despited Foehner having no criminal record & that he completed the process to get a gun license to carry in NYC the gun utilized in the shooting was not covered by his current licenses.
