Should governments bail out Tassie's big industrials?

The big industrials employ thousands and contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to our economy each year. One of the biggest is Nyrstar, the century old zinc smelter on the banks of Hobart's River Derwent ...which now says it will close without a government rescue package.
