How failed SPF tests led to a multi-million dollar court case

Twenty sunscreens were pulled from the shelves recently after failing to meet their SPF claims. Behind them all is one manufacturer - Wild Child Laboratories - that supplies the brands with their base formula. it's now being sued in the federal court by one of the sunscreen brands caught out: Ultra Violette.
