Sinister Sightings - EP367

A nailed-shut window alarm goes off in an empty nursing home room…A childhood sighting of a Sesame Street character outside the house…And a ride on a dark road that almost turned deadly. Yeah… this one escalates quickly. This week’s Sinister Sightings is a full spectrum of creepy, from “that’s weird” to “absolutely the hell not.” We’re kicking things off in a nursing home where an alarm starts blaring from a vacant room… one with a window that was literally nailed shut. No patients. No movement. Just that gut feeling that something else is there. Then we get into one of the most bizarre childhood encounters we’ve ever heard: a “Yip Yip” alien from Sesame Street casually walking up to a house like it lives there. Was it imagination… or something taking a form that wouldn’t scare a kid? We also dive into a haunted house where objects don’t just fall—they’re thrown, caught on camera, and impossible to explain. And just when you think it can’t get worse… it does. We end with a terrifying real-life encounter on a dark, rural road where two friends accept a ride from the wrong person—and quickly realize they may not make it out alive. The kind of story that sticks with you long after it’s over. From haunted nursing homes and childhood paranormal sightings to poltergeist activity and near-death encounters, this episode is packed with real listener stories that blur the line between coincidence… and something much darker.
