Judge Foils Hunter-DOJ Scheme, Mitch's Scary Moment, DeSantis & RFK Jr.

Join Jim and Greg as they applaud Judge Maryellen Noreika for exposing the apparent agreement between the Justice Department and Hunter Biden that would have given Biden immunity on further prosecution related to his tax issues and business dealings. They also chronicle Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell being unable to speak on Capitol Hill Wednesday and are frustrated that his office won't say anything beyond McConnell's own insistence that he's "fine." Finally, Jim chides Gov. DeSantis for trying to win over RFK Jr. supporters and likely alienating people who would actually be inclined to vote for him.

Timestamps:

1:18 - The scuttled plea deal between the Justice Department and Hunter Biden stinks. Judge Noreika was right to question it.

8:12 - Sen. McConnell's health scare and his office refusing to elaborate on what happened.

15:36 - Gov. DeSantis suggests he might "sic" RFK Jr. on the FDA or CDC if he's president.
