It's also Pinot Noir Day and Bad Poetry Day. So, we wrote really bad poems about the most famous person we've ever met.

In the news this morning, the latest on the death of Hayden Panettiere, Trump threatens to "bomb the shit out of" Oman, human remains are found near Nancy Guthrie's house...but they aren't hers, a recall on lunch meat, an 8th grader in Arizona allegedly targeted his ex-gf during dodgeball in gym class, a Flock "sock" and a website that can allegedly tell you if you've been flocked...and a news anchor that wonders if you can actually eat beaver.

In sports, the Brewers start a three-game series against the Mariners tonight, the WNBA is apologizing for asking a couple of fans to cover their shirts at a recent Fever game, Breece Hall leaves Jets training camp with a groin injury, Heisman is going to allow fan voting, the AP Top 25 pre-season rankings are out, and a little league team from Iowa is accused of cheating.

We told you what's on TV & streaming today/tonight. "Welcome to Derry" is getting a second season, Matthew McConaughey talks about what caused him to stop smoking weed, and Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 hits his guitarist with his mic stand.

Great story about a collie that went on a 1,000 mile adventure and has been reunited with it's owner, a man raised in an orphanage in Germany just met his father for the first time, and another cool story about a kid who dressed up as "Mr. Bubba" at school.

Which vacation is better? The one that's closer to home...about an hour or so away. Or the vacation that's far, far away?
