Seann Walsh

Jenni is joined by British Stand Up Comedian, Seann Walsh.

Like many of us, Seann runs to be a better version of himself.

All he needs is a peanut bagel, and he's out the door - reaping the benefits and answering loads of emails!

Since having his daughter Wilder, and being on tour, his running has been slacking, BUT coming on RunPod has worked its magic because it's reminded him how much he loves it for his anxiety and general wellbeing.

If you're reading this, hold Seann accountable to his running regime on Instagram, and also make sure you check out his tour 'BACK FROM BED' which ends in Belfast on 31st May 2024.
