Ar: في أحد أيام الخريف الجميلة، كانت أوراق الشجر تتساقط مثل الأمطار على الأرض الخضراء المحيطة بمستشفى الميدان.
En: On one of those beautiful autumn days, the leaves were falling like rain onto the green ground surrounding Mustashfa al-Midan.

Ar: كان الهواء مليئًا برائحة اليقطين والتوابل، حيث كانت الاستعدادات على قدم وساق لمهرجان الخريف الخيري الذي ينظمه المستشفى كل عام.
En: The air was filled with the scent of pumpkin and spices, as preparations were in full swing for the annual charitable autumn festival organized by the hospital.

Ar: نور، الممرضة النشيطة، كانت تراقب الترتيبات بعينين لامعتين، تتمنى أن يترك تنظيمها للحدث انطباعًا جيدًا لدى مدير المستشفى.
En: Noor, the energetic nurse, was observing the arrangements with bright eyes, hoping that her organization of the event would make a good impression on the hospital director.
