LOVE ISLAND meets rugby: Connor Phillips’ on Munster, 7s, and life inside the villa | Word on the Street

Susanna, Eve and Rachel are back in studio for Word On The Street’s first sponsored episode with Braeburn Coffee – and it’s a proper summer one: Love Island chat, but with a rugby twist.

They’re joined by Connor Phillips (Munster Academy, Ireland Sevens, and 2025 Love Island contestant) to break down what the villa is really like, why it isn’t as “fake” as people think, and how life changes when you walk out the door.

Connor also opens up on how he struggled to fit into rugby environments, his time in the Munster academy, the Irish Sevens cut – and who he’s backing to win Love Island (spoiler: it's not Fitzy & Lola)!

WOTS on Off The Ball is with Braeburn, whatever the weather, Braeburn Coffee has you covered. Made for your summer.
