In 2002, Daniel Wade Moore was convicted and sentenced to death for the 1999 murder of Karen Tipton, an Alabama mother and wife. Would a third trial seal his fate? “48 Hours" Correspondent Erin Moriarty reports. This classic "48 Hours" episode last aired on 8/19/2006.
