A man enters a home with a loaded rifle and paces around the living room yelling... scaring a mom and her baby who were home alone. Cops took the man into custody, but what has the mom outraged is the fact he's back at his home which is right on her street! The intruder is charged with 2 counts of burglary and assault. He's due in court next Tuesday. And they desperately tried to save him. That's the word from a doctor whose E-M-S team rushed to a resort in Costa Rica where a former New York Yankee star's 14-year-old son was unresponsive. He says the team unsuccessfully performed CPR for 30 minutes. It's the most detail we've heard yet about the teen's death, which has been shrouded in mystery. Plus, drama continues over President Trump's top national security advisors planning out the strike in Yemen on a group chat that inadvertently included a journalist. Now the Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, is under fire - with a Democratic congressman asking if he had been drinking before the chat. Now, Republicans are hitting back. And we're learning more about the murders of four University of Idaho students in their off-campus house. Prosecutors say accused killer Bryan Kohberger disguised himself in a mask showing only his eyes. That could end up being the smoking gun in the case. Kohberger, whose trial is set for August, has pleaded not guilty.
