The 'H' in ADHD: Hyperactivity
Dr Tony Lloyd from The ADHD Foundation joins Sam and Katie for the first of three special episodes focusing on specific elements of ADHD. This week they look at hyperactivity - a core characteristic affecting around 7 in 10 people with ADHD. Dr Tony tells them the signs to look out for and explains why hyperactivity can be particularly challenging for children who have ADHD. Plus they share the coping strategies they use, from breathing techniques to getting outside and going on a walk.
