92. SOLO: Why I'm Slowing The F Down, How To Get Back On The Wagon & Our Next Chapter In A New Home

In today’s solo episode, Elizabeth shares what the past few months have looked like as she intentionally slows down, rebuilds her routines, and reconnects with what helps her feel grounded. She opens up about breaking her 200-day meditation streak, how living between apartments disrupted her rituals, and why pushing herself to do more ultimately led to burnout. Elizabeth explains how slowing down created more creativity and clarity, why consistency matters for emotional regulation, and what helped her get back on the wagon after feeling overwhelmed. She also talks through the intense shifts she experiences during her luteal phase, how cycle tracking highlighted what was happening hormonally, and the tools she is trying to support her mood during that window. Along with sharing what she is learning about pacing, self-talk, and resetting, Elizabeth gives an update on moving into her new space and answers listener questions around mindset, routines, and personal growth.Follow UsIG: www.instagram.com/thewellnessprocesspodTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessprocesspodTry Activations: www.activations.com/podcast/twpSponsorsReceive 20% off all supplements at sarahwragge.com with code WELLNESS at checkout. For a limited time only, our listeners get 15% off and free shipping on their premium starter pack when you use code WELLNESS at branchbasics.com/WELLNESSStart your own wellness process at gogeviti.com/ and use code WELLNESS for 20% off your membership.Go to getcanopy.co to save $25 on your Canopy Humidifier purchase today with Canopy's filter subscription AND use code WELLNESS at checkout to save an additional 10% off your purchase.Head to boncharge.com and your 25% off code will be automatically added to your order.
