Susie Amy

Today's RunPod guest is English Actress and Model - Susie Amy, who you may know best for playing the character 'Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe' in the ITV series Footballers' Wives.

But it's not just TV Runs that Susie is used to, she's also into actual running!

As you'll hear in this episode "You never regret going for a run", and we completely agree. Especially if you've got the right gear...
