Say Hello to My Little Film: Episode 111 - Joint Security Area

Is it possible to bridge our differences when we're so wrapped up in fighting other people's wars? Join us as we explore this idea when Rob recommends to Ray the Park Chan-Wook (OLDBOY, SNOWPIERCER) classic JOINT SECURITY AREA.

When an incident in Korea's DMZ sees the death of two North Korean soldiers and differing stories from the survivors, a Neutral Nations Supervisory Commision special investigatior must get to the bottom of the event, which leads to some surprising truths. In our ever divided world, JSA is a story that shows how those divisions are built and can ultimately be torn down but asks the question, can they truly stay that way?

Will this taut political thriller give Ray hope that humanity can come together? Or will the truth leave him feeling helpless in the face of insurmountable division? Tune in this week to find out!
