Inside Edition reports…A state of emergency’s been declared in Miami Beach. The curfew has been extended and parts of Ocean Drive are off limits to cars and pedestrians. Police say a woman was driving while shopping on Amazon when she struck a man on a bike and he turned out to be the county sheriff. A woman worked out all the time…but one spot really bugged her. Now it doesn’t. And a little cupcake thief.
