We're learning more about that sonic boom heard throughout the Washington, D.C. area scaring humans and pets alike. Turns out a squadron of fighter jets had rushed to stop a private plane in a no-fly zone. Steven Fabian has more on what we've learned about the four people who perished when the plane crashed. And, it used to be thieves who carried doggie treats to win over guard dogs. Now there's a new tool they're using... mace. This poor pooch got sprayed right in the face by home intruders who got away with more than 50 thousand dollars in luxury items. Plus, it's the first video of an accused serial rapist who police say terrified young women in the Boston area 15 years ago. He appeared in court today. Also, the fiancé he proposed to just weeks ago was there clutching rosary beads throughout the hearing. He pleaded not guilty. And, Republican senator and presidential hopeful, Tim Scott, was on some unfriendly turf today. After being criticized on The View, he agreed to make an appearance on the show. However, at one point the audience was booing so loudly, Whoopi Goldberg had to shush them.
