How long do I have to wait to swim after eating?
I’m sure at some point as a child on holiday you were told not to go swimming right after eating. Popular belief suggests that we should wait a certain amount of time before getting into the water, in order to let our bodies finish digesting. Are there any ways to prevent cold water shock? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! To listen to the last episodes, you can click here: Is Bedrotting bad for your health?
