About

Born: January 1, 1996 in United States

Formed in 1996 in Seattle, this iconic American rock band has undergone numerous lineup changes over the years, but one constant thread has remained - the visionary force behind it all, Josh Homme, who founded the group shortly before returning to his native Palm Desert, California. Since 2013, Homme has been joined by a talented ensemble of musicians, including Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita, and Jon Theodore, solidifying the band's signature sound. With a career spanning over two decades, Queens of the Stone Age continues to captivate audiences with their unique blend of heavy riffs and melodic hooks.
