Thomas Jefferson Brown was an American jurist and politician. He was a member of the Texas House of Representatives and represented the 27th district from 1889 until his resignation in 1892. He was a justice of the Supreme Court of Texas from May 1893 to May 1915, and was chief justice from January 1911 until his death on May 26, 1915.
