About
From: United States
This influential Detroit-based band burst onto the scene in 1979, blending a unique fusion of pop and rock styles with an array of guest musicians from diverse musical backgrounds. Their biggest commercial success came in the late 1980s with the chart-topping hit "Walk the Dinosaur," which peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in 1987. After a mid-1990s hiatus, the band has since reunited sporadically, with their most recent release being the 2008 album Boo!.
