About
From: Long Island
Dallas-based alternative rock jam band New Bohemians rose to fame in the late 1980s with their eclectic sound, blending elements of rock, folk, blues, and jazz. Their 1988 hit single What I Am from the album Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars showcased the band's unique style and captured the hearts of music fans worldwide. After a brief hiatus, the band reunited in 2006 with lead singer Edie Brickell at the helm, releasing a new album and rekindling their musical magic.
