About
Meet the trailblazing accordionist from Cabrera, Dominican Republic, who's redefining the sound of merengue típico with his lightning-fast instrumental solos and genre-bending fusions with jazz. This innovative musician has taken the traditional accordion and infused it with a modern twist, incorporating instruments like trombone, trumpet, and wurlitzer piano into his energetic lineup. With his bold experimentation and rivalry with fellow accordionists, he's pushing the boundaries of this beloved genre.
