About
Born: January 1, 1986 in United States
Formed in 1985 in Los Angeles, this hard rock/glam metal band was built around the charismatic vocals of Taime Downe, with a sound that defined the excess of the late 1980s and early 1990s. With over two million records sold worldwide, they released four studio albums, including their self-titled debut in 1987 and Wake Me When It's Over in 1989. Despite lineup changes and a brief breakup, the band's legacy endures as a staple of the era.
