About
From: United States
Emerging from the vibrant streets of 1980s New York City, this pioneering urban contemporary band was one of the first freestyle music groups to make waves in the genre. Formed by vocalist Lisa Velez, guitarist/bassist Alex Moseley, and drummer/keyboardist Mike Hughes, the group was initially assembled and produced by the influential production team Full Force. With their unique sound and style, they paved the way for future generations of freestyle and urban music artists.
