Cold Chisel

About

Formed in Adelaide in 1973, this iconic Australian pub rock band brought together a unique sound that blended rockabilly, hard rock, and soulful blues to create a distinctly Australian identity. With a lineup that included Ian Moss on guitar and vocals, Steve Prestwich on drums, and Don Walker on piano and keyboards, the group was soon joined by Jimmy Barnes on lead vocals and Phil Small on bass, becoming one of the country's most beloved and respected live acts. Despite disbanding in 1983, the band's legacy has endured through numerous reunions and a reputation as one of Australia's best-loved groups.
