About
Hailing from the vibrant city of Johannesburg, this influential South African kwaito music group burst onto the scene in 1996, led by visionary DJ Jah Seed. With a string of critically acclaimed albums, including Leaders of D'Gong and The Concerto, they cemented their status as pioneers of the genre, paving the way for future generations of musicians. After a decade-long hiatus, the group reunited in 2019, releasing the soulful From Bongo With Love and rekindling their signature sound.
