Lt: Vilniaus senamiestyje, jaukiame café, kur viduje tvyrojo šiltas vasaros oras ir sklido šviežiai keptų skanėstų kvapas, trys nepažįstamieji susitiko neplanuotai.
En: In the old town of Vilnius, in a cozy café where the warm summer air lingered and the smell of freshly baked treats wafted, three strangers met unexpectedly.
Lt: Čia buvo Eimantas, istorinės mintys neriškiai gaubusios jo akis, Rasa, nervingai laikanti rankoje užrašus, ir Mindaugas, plačiomis rankovėmis slėpdamas gitarą.
En: There was Eimantas, with historical thoughts dimly shrouding his eyes, Rasa, nervously holding notes in her hand, and Mindaugas, hiding a guitar beneath his wide sleeves.

Lt: Tačiau jo prisiminimai, kaip tamsumas prieš saulėtekį, neleido įkvėpti dabarties.
En: Yet his memories, like darkness before dawn, kept him from breathing in the present.
Lt: Kai Rasa įžengė į kavinę, akimis ir švytinčiu noru rašyti pagavo Eimanto žvilgsnį.
En: When Rasa entered the café, caught up in the desire to write, her eyes met Eimantas's gaze.
Lt: Netoliese, Mindaugas, muzikantas, kurio melodijos mainais už šypsenas laisvoje erdvėje skleisdavos, sugebėjo rasti patogų kampą šalia jų.
En: Nearby, Mindaugas, a musician whose melodies spread smiles in open spaces, managed to find a comfortable corner next to them.
Lt: Visa tai atrodė kaip atsitiktinumas, tačiau Vilniuje, kur praeitis ir dabartis suvienijamos žingsniu aikštėje, atsitiktinumų nebūna.
En: It all seemed like a coincidence, but in Vilnius, where past and present are united with every step in the square, there are no coincidences.
Lt: Eimantas ilgai nenusprendė.
En: Eimantas didn't decide for long.
Lt: Atsivėrė ir nusėdo šalia, nors paprastai vengė nepažįstamųjų sklindancios šilumos prislopinti savo širdies.
En: He opened up and sat nearby, even though he usually avoided the warmth strangers emitted, fearing it would suppress his heart.
Lt: Jo sprendimas pakeitė situaciją.
En: His decision changed the situation.
Lt: Jis papasakojo apie savo praeitį, apie sugriuvusius planus.
En: He spoke of his past, of shattered plans.
Lt: Rasa dalijosi kūrybiniu nerimu, o Mindaugas svajojo apie savo didelę akimirką.
En: Rasa shared her creative anxiety, while Mindaugas dreamed of his big moment.
Lt: Jų pokalbis tęsėsi kaip jūros dūgesys, įsuktas žodžiais ir supratingumu.
En: Their conversation continued like the roar of the sea, wound with words and understanding.
Lt: Po pietų saulė virsdavo vis švietimasnė, vis švelnesnė, kai Eimantas pajuto įkvėpimo žiežirbą.
En: As the afternoon sun grew brighter and more gentle, Eimantas felt a spark of inspiration.
Lt: Jis suprato, kad praeitis, nors ir nelengvesnė, nebėra kelio kliūtis.
En: He realized that the past, though no easier, was no longer an obstacle on his path.
Lt: Prie savo naujų draugų jis ištarė: „Aš pasiruošęs.
