Born: January 1, 1989 in Mazatlan

Emerging from the vibrant music scene in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, this influential Mexican banda was born in 1989 as a sibling project to the renowned Banda El Recodo. Founded by friends and family members of Cruz Lizárraga, the group's early lineup boasted over a dozen talented musicians, including vocalists Alfonso Lizárraga and Pancho Barraza. Their chart-topping success was cemented in 2010 with the release of ¡Ando Bien Pedo!, which included the hit single of the same title and reached number one on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.
