Not with crash diets or guilt — but with real change and support with my GP 🩺 I started GLP-1 treatment (Mounjaro) Drs orders 🥗 Prioritised food that fuelled me 💧 Upped my hydration, movement, and self-care 📉 And in just 3 months, I reversed my Type 2 Diabetes 🙌 This isn’t about perfection — it’s about power.
