MR (Week 5) - The Root Beneath the Fruit

Week 5 begins the Root Work beneath the surface of our lives—past the behaviors we try to manage and into the beliefs, wounds, and internal scripts that shape them. From Proverbs 4:23 we explore the truth that you can’t change fruit without addressing roots, because everything we do flows from the heart. Together we’ll identify the patterns that keep repeating, the cycles that keep returning, and the stories that quietly shape our identity. Through Scripture, reflection, and honest examination, we open the soil of our hearts to God’s healing work, allowing Him to uproot what harms us and plant what leads to freedom. Root Work is not about shame—it’s about transformation from the inside out.
