Juan Alessi And The Affidavit
Juan Alessi’s sworn statements and later deposition testimony provided one of the clearest insider accounts of how Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach household operated. Alessi worked for Epstein for roughly 11 years, beginning full-time in 1991, eventually serving as house manager, butler, driver and the person responsible for virtually every aspect of the residence. He said Ghislaine Maxwell exercised substantial authority over the household and described her as his boss when it came to managing Epstein’s properties and staff. Alessi testified that young women regularly came to the Palm Beach house for massages, that he was expected to prepare the massage room with towels and oils, and that the flow of girls became a routine part of life inside the residence. He also described a tightly controlled household in which employees were given detailed instructions about how to behave, what to say, what not to say and how Epstein and Maxwell expected the property to be run. His testimony helped establish that the massages and the presence of young women were not isolated occurrences hidden from everyone around Epstein, but recurring features of the household’s daily operation. Alessi also described Maxwell as deeply embedded in Epstein’s world rather than merely an occasional girlfriend or visitor. He said she supervised staff, issued instructions and participated in the management of the Palm Beach residence, while Epstein maintained a constant stream of guests and young women moving through the property. Alessi’s testimony became particularly important because he had been present years before the Palm Beach investigation began and could describe the environment from inside the house rather than reconstructing it from records years later. His accounts were subsequently used in Epstein-related civil litigation and became relevant again during Maxwell’s criminal trial, where prosecutors relied on Alessi to show how the household functioned and how much authority Maxwell possessed. The significance of his deposition was that it stripped away the image of Epstein’s homes as ordinary luxury residences and instead described a highly organized environment in which massages, young women, strict staff rules and Maxwell’s management role were woven into the regular operation of the property to contact me: [email protected]
