Known as the world's first "Thriveologist"—a term he coined himself—Dr. Lee has spent more than three decades helping individuals and couples move beyond merely surviving to truly thriving.
Trained as both a therapist and life coach, Dr. Lee has also provided consulting services to organizations and businesses and is a sought-after speaker on topics related to personal growth, relationships, and resilience. Married for more than 30 years, he and his wife have raised two adult children. When he's not helping others thrive, Dr. Lee enjoys scuba diving, paddleboarding, trail running, and playing pickleball.
