The Interview | Immigration chief on investigating Ozouf

In February, sitting States Member and former minister Philip Ozouf was sentenced to 120 hours of community service for breaking the Island's immigration law - for employing Rwandan nationals in his home and the laundry he owned, contrary to the terms of their work permits. 

In this podcast, the Head of Customs and Immigration, which led the investigation, shares how the case came about and how officers are there to support all Islanders, including migrant workers, who feel they are being treated unfairly.
