Ro: Într-o zi caldă de vară, Mihai, Elena și Andrei se plimbau prin Grădina Botanică din București.
En: On a warm summer day, Mihai, Elena, and Andrei were walking through the Grădina Botanică in București.
Ro: Mihai avea piciorul drept bandajat, iar mersul îi era mai lent decât de obicei.
En: Mihai had his right foot bandaged, and his walking was slower than usual.
Ro: Cu o săptămână în urmă, Mihai și-a scrântit glezna într-o drumeție pe munte.
En: A week ago, Mihai had twisted his ankle on a mountain hike.
Ro: Acum, încearcă să își recapete puterea și să fie pregătit pentru următoarea excursie cu prietenii săi.

Ro: "Elena îi zâmbi încurajator și îi aduse o sticlă de apă.
En: Elena smiled encouragingly and handed him a bottle of water.
Ro: "E bine că te-ai gândit la viitor, Mihai.
En: "It's good that you thought about the future, Mihai.
Ro: Recuperarea e importantă.
En: Recovery is important."
Ro: "Mihai simțea cum o povară i se ridica de pe umeri.
En: Mihai felt a burden lift from his shoulders.
Ro: Era încă frustrat, dar începuse să înțeleagă că recuperarea completă necesita timp și răbdare.
