He’s also been honored in a way few drivers ever are a TravelCenters of America named an entire location after him. That’s not just recognition; that’s legacy. It’s a testament to the way Bill shows up for his company, for his community, and for every driver who shares the road with him. Even off the road, Bill keeps giving back. He serves in his local volunteer rescue squad, and he mentors young people through the Trucker Buddy program inspiring the next generation to see trucking as not just a job, but a calling.
