Both can be true. I know making space to rest and leading a rested life despite demanding circumstances takes a deep commitment - a devotion. That is why I support women in rest and creating more rested lives. There is never a perfect time to start claiming a rested life. I totally get that. AND that is why we just have to lie down and rest. Rest is a radical act in our society. So let's get reclined and rebel against capitalism, against toxic productivity. Rest is your birthright. Days 1-5: practice the resting for physical exhaustion yoga nidra. Days 6-10: practice the resting for mental exhaustion yoga nidra. Days 11-15: practice the resting for soul exhaustion yoga nidra. Each yoga nidra is 20-30 minutes. Short rest practices will be provided as an alternative for those days when you are unable to commit to 20-30 minutes of rest.
